No, not the "skirted Klansmen" John Edwards hired to be the blogmasters for his presidential run. Whores for Edwards is Mark Shea's phrase for Catholics in Alliance, the group defending Edwards for not firing the "lying little biggettes" after their hateful anti-Catholic diatribes were exposed.
There are no formally organized Whores for Edwards-type groups in Connecticut, though its spirit lingers here and there. There's also no Mark Shea, but we'll try hard to make up for that.
